Approval of June 11 Minutes saved until October when we have quorum
Announcements & Correspondence: Tyler Farwell shared the Codes Enforcer’s Report for August. Tyler also shared a training opportunity for Going Solar for Municipalities: Renewable Energy Implementation in National Grid Territory, October 3rd, 2019 8:30am –4:00pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 6301 State Route 298, East Syracuse NY the cost is FREE but registration required
Old Business: None
New Business: Tyler called up Russell Eddy to discuss his subdivision. A Public Hearing was set for October 8th at 7:05. Mr. Eddy will bring in the updated maps prior to this so the public can review.
Open Discussion: Mat Spendley asked about possible moving the Planning Board days to the second Thursday of each month because the school Boards across the towns meet on the second Tuesdays of each month as well. Discussion will be had at next month’s board meeting.
Jim Stokes spoke of the Public Hearing set for Wednesday nights Town Board meeting, and explained the Moratorium, a one year with 2- 6-month extensions so the Town of Lincoln can have a committee come up with a strategic plan for the future of the Town. Resident Jody Sadler stated her opinions and concerns and dislike of a windmill project in the town.
Ed Mills made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Mat Spendley seconded the motion.
